The Shelby County Chamber of Commerce will be bringing it all together once again at the 2012 Business & Industry Trade Fair. Our theme for 2012- Shelby County: Stand By Your Brand- gives you the opportunity to get involved in a very exciting event!
The 2012 Trade Fair will be held Wednesday March 21st at the Shelbyville High School William Garrett Gymnasium. This 24th year celebration will feature a special luncheon – including superb and exciting entertainment! With over 400 chamber members fighting for these spots, you’ll want to reserve your booth now!
As we celebrate the Shelby County Business and Industry Trade Fair, the event promises to be more exciting than ever. With each booth reservation, you will receive two luncheon tickets. Additional luncheon tickets (subject to availability) may be purchased. Free beverages will be available all day for booth staff.
All booths will be equipped with carpet, electrical service, a 6’ table, two chairs and an exhibitor I.D. sign. Exhibitor set-up will be Tuesday March 20, from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Tear down will begin following the close of the Trade Fair on March 21 and all items should be completed no later than 9:00 p.m. the night of the Trade Fair.
You’ll definitely want to be involved in this year’s Trade Fair! If you would like to reserve booth space – please return the enclosed contract no later than January 31st with full payment of $385.00. If payment is received after the January 31st deadline, a late fee of $35.00 will be charged. Make sure to get your contract in on time, we anticipate a "sell-out" for 2012. * The participant fee for the 2012 Trade Fair remains at the 2008 rate of $385.00.
